This thing reminds me of watching World War II navy movies with my dad – it looks like a mine!

The Striker Magnetic LED Light is a little spiky thing with an LED in the center, and a bunch of points with neodymium magnets stuck to their ends.  It’s made so that you can stick it to anything magnetic and point it in relatively any direction that you need.  It’s a little smaller than a racquetball, and I’m betting it’ll magnetize your screwdrivers if you forget and just toss it into your toolbox!
