Ok, now if there was ever a company I would have liked to work for in my time, or if there was a company that I modeled my own business practices after, it would be ETC. Electronic Theatre Controls in Middleton, WI (you know, ETC, the company that has a console in every corner of the world) earlier this month released their foray into LED lighting – the Selador line. To introduce their people to the technology and the Selador fixtures, they gave everybody pizza and had a get-together.
Now that is how to get people acquainted with new stuff. Pizza and laughs. Well done.
