High End Systems and the Olympic Ceremonies

I found an interesting article at High End Systems’ website about projections, the record number of Axon media servers used in the olympic ceremonies, and the sheer amount of creativity that went into making that amazing spectacle for us.  Check it out.  It’s a great read.

Also, the image above is from Boston.com’s excellent blog, “The Big Picture.”  There are high res shots of the ceremonies there, and they always have fantastic articles.  I highly recommend adding it to your RSS reader.
