In a way this lamp looks like it has a head and face that is staring, saying “I am totally going to eat your notes while you sleep.” Meet Will Earl’s “Desk Lamp Bud,” an LED table fixture:
Desk Lamp Bud is a multi-color temperature fixture with 32 warm and cool LEDs embedded in the “bud” part of the lamp. The fixture consumes about 4 watts, and is dimmable. Even better than that – there is a twist knob just above the bud that opens or closes it, allowing either a wide spread of light or a narrow-ish pool. Interesting! This is something I’d love to see sitting on a desk on Fringe..
